Be careful when using Luno!

Be careful when using LUNO!! I have been using Luno for a few years with no problems at all. I deposited a lot of money earlier in the year. I bought Crypto and on 17 September 2024 I received an notification of account closure. I was told that my account will be permanently closed within 5 days and that I should withdraw all my money. No reason was given why this happened, talking to customer service was also no help at all! I had to withdraw my money while my crypto was in the red. So I lost money! I was forced to withdraw my money with no reason given. Be careful when using Luno! Once you invest a lot of money, they can force you to withdraw your money at any time!
