Bad service

It's been more than three weeks with my account blocked, they wanted me to speak to my bank about an EFT that I did, which I did speak to my bank and my bank confirmed to me that they never disputed any funds that I transferred, all this time I've been chatting to a person called Dean. He keeps on saying that they will never assist me until my bank contacts them. But my bank confirmed to me that they never had any issues with the transaction I did, by the way that transaction was not the first one with the same bank. Anyone please help.
