bad luno
I've been using luno for a very long time until recently i eft to their Nedbank account R15,800 after that they blocked my account now i cant withdraw cash and the R15,800 is not in my luno mind you i always used the same account did not change 1 thing now i have to do security checks witch i have done but they don't unlock my account nor even get back to me in solving getting my account open so do i have to say bye bye R15,800 just a few days earlier i put R20,600 in without trouble

21 May 2025, 10:39IM STILL NOT HAPPY LUNO MY ACCOUNT IS TILL BLOCKED FUNDS NOT SHOWING I WEAS ON CALL 30 MIN LAST NIGHT I DECLARED MY ACCOUNT SAFE AND ONLY USED BY ME AND I ACCEPTED FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ACCOUNT AND STILL MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED I EVEN SEND ALL THE PROOF YOU ASKED FOR FOM PICTURE TO STATEMENT SHOWNG ALL FUNDS IS MINE BUT THE 15,800 STILL DOES NOT SHOW AND I DID USE THE SAME NEDBANK ACCOUT WITH REF WHY DONT YOU FIX THIS
