Am I ****med by luno
I had a very bad experience with luno I was sent 450$ from one wallet to my wallet which never arrived a week later after me complaining I was contacted by support and told that they team is busy manually retrieving my money and would he in my wallet in 3-5 days I sent them hash screenshot everything the money was sent to my luno wallet no doubt about that
On the 4th one day away from luno having to allocate my money I was contacted again from support knowing that they have 1 day left they asked me again the sake thing meaning they don't want to pay my money

10 Apr 2025, 09:57Hi sent the request as you asked I'm awaiting response this is going on for to long been pushed from pillar to post your support says the same thing every day it's like they are AI not human there is no remorse that due to this I'm loosing my house if I don't have that money today I'm loosing my house i can some help me this is not what I wanted
