After the MTI scandal with billions missing, why is Luno behaving just like them?
My account has been locked for the last 18 days because I questioned a mistake that Luno made on my account with a "pending" transaction. I now have no access to my funds and I have no idea why - the lock period is 7 days and the unlock is apparently automated. I know this is not a trading platform like MTI was, but Luno is certainly giving me the same run around that MTI did while they were pilfering funds out of the country. Leroy and Neil from the "customer success team" - get it together guys. Luno - release my funds.
