After luno's reply to my last comment I am furious and done with them, forever.

After my previous complaint, this is their pointless response:

Thank you for absolutely nothing. Haha what a joke!!!! Not completely satisfied???? Nothing has been resolved. I asked you to close my account. I have written off the money. You keep it. If I could give the company a -1 * I would. By the way, I have sent the ridiculous documentation you asked for. It was not good enough. This after I have been using and verified my account. Now all of a sudden when I want to transfer my crypto that has been with luno for years, there is a problem. Keep it and goodbye.
