Account unblocked and friendly staff

Following up from an earlier review. My account is now unblocked after a phone call with a staff member. They were still not able to tell my why my account was blocked, but the staff member was friendly on call and we got it sorted out a few hours after the call.

Luno having a direct line would have made this easier, but I'm just glad it's sorted and the people who helped me sort it out were friendly.
