Account still not unlocked

So my account was locked on the 21 February 2021 at 13:56 and after 7 days it was meant to be unlocked as this process is automated. it is now the 1st of March and my account is STILL not unlocked and i have bills to pay!! There is absolutely NO customer support and service. Can this issue be resolved IMMEDIATELY please!!!! Ticket #***
