This company is absolute dog poo! they first took away my ability to do instant transfers, then they dont even allow me to deposit my BTC coin tomy own binance account because they deem my accout as beigh high risk?
The customer service consultants basically copy and paste erros explanation from theior website verbatim.
Absolute trash!

For those reading, It is most likely that Luno is the most user friendly platform for buying crypto when everything works correctly.
