Good Day I am numb thinking of the worst service from Luno I have been waiting for reversal of funds since last year November 2023 The has been back and forth of emails , on the 15th January 2024 I received confirmation stating definitely the funds will be in my acc ount in maximum 9 days. We are on day 15th today still no response
