Non-delivery on company registration documents

My business partner and I have since paid Mr Lungile Ndlovu, owner of Lunet Accountants, money to register our company. It's 8 months now since we have paid him in full to register a company for us and nothing. Various attempts to get him to refund us on failing to deliver have failed. We have lost out on great business opportunities while waiting for our documents. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH LUNGILE NDLOVU of LUNET ACCOUNTANTS!!,
