Unbelievable

On Sat the 09th April I went online to see what the places operating hours where, on YOUR website it says till 13:00. So, due to being at work and relatively hungry, I phoned up and asked for them to deliver a Club Ciabatta (I really wanted a burger, but \they\" weren't there, don't know who this \"they\" is). The lady on the phone told me 30min, didn't take my name or number. 1hr later, I walked down to the shop and the shop was closed and no Club Ciabatta in sight. (I couldn't walk down earlier as I was alone in my office and couldn't leave)<br> If this was the way I ran my business, regardless of what day of the week, I would be super embarrassed. I am also super disappointed as I tell all my friends that if ever they are in town and need lunch or anything to eat, that they should stop by, this however, will not be happening again."
