Order given to someone else

placed an order over the phone for collection at 17:42, I was asked what time ill be there, and i said immediately and i was told i should come at 18:00. I got to the shop at 18:10 and told my orders were given to someone else because I was not there at 18:00. I cancelled the order because I couldn't wait.
