bad attitude towards customers

I called to place an order and she asked me why am i placing one,i must order 3 things in order for her to deliver then she dropped a phone on my ear,i called again and she said i must spend 70 rand so that she can deliver with a very chicky attidute,i decided to go the store and place an order personaly,i asked her what her name is,she said Alice then changed to Piayano,the slip is written Piayano.
