Lunathi.com is a ****.

Buy at your own risk. I ordered a decanter from Lunathi.com the first thing I found strange was that I never received an order confirmation, just a confirmation of payment from payfast I wasn’t getting an update on my order or anything. After over a week of waiting to hear anything I decided to reach out myself. I was told the decanter got broken in transit and it was the only one. I was then told I was going to be refunded immediately. I’m going on week 3 of waiting for that refund. I daily have to message them to ask about and just get told the same story over and over again that they are trying to figure out what went wrong with their “accounts team.” At this point I do not think I am getting my money back and believe I have unfortunately fallen victim to a ****, so be careful with this business.
