Lunar Solar terrible at after sales service

The after sales service from Lunar Solar has been pathetic. It has happened on three separate occasions where a technician has come to site to "Upgrade" the software of the system. Every time (without fail) it has resulted in our system exporting energy to the grid when the system is not fully charged, and then having us need to use Eskom to charge the batteries.

I have reported this on every occasion to the Lunar Solar team and have notified them to check this before the technician came out this week, yet the problem still persists.

I can honestly not recommend Lunar Solar for any after sales service.
