WORST SERVICE EVER

Without doubt the poorest service levels I have ever experienced, with their left hand not knowing what their right hand is doing !

Staff misrepresenting themselves whilst taking a "bullying" attitude to our enquiries, and not giving us the names of the person or persons in charge.

Very unpleasant experience - their telephone just rings, and their website is out of date.
