Disgusting service and order fulfilment

<p>We have repeatedly had issues ordering from this company. Orders take weeks to be fulfilled, with little to now feedback, and the responses are both unhelpful and rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Most recently, we placed an order, didn't request shipping and then discovered that it had been shipped. Having cancelled our courier now, we received partial tracking information, making it impossible to find out where the order was. No responses to emails, followed by rude and dismissive responses to emails, followed by incorrect shipping information, resulted in our order taking two weeks to arrive. With no information to go on.</p> <p> </p> <p>To top it off, Rachel is exceptionally unhelpful and sent nasty emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have ended any further purchases from this company and discourage anybody from ordering from them.</p>
