Sad & disappointed

Disappointed. Emailed them about custom sizing. Initial delay in response - understandable due to a personal emergency. After that initial response all replies to my emails stopped. I was really excited for this but will not risk attempting to order again - if the ordering process is this difficult, it does not fill me with confidence as to delivery being fulfilled.
