Worst customer experience and product

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. It took this team over 3 months to do complete my couch. With no updates I constantly had to call them to get an update.

It has been a little over 6 months since I got this couch and already the material is peeling.

The couch is uncomfortable, the faux leather sticks to your skin. If u sit on the couch for long it feels like you sitting on a wooden bench.

I was promised to cover my ottoman for free because of their delay, they never call or followed up.
