Disgusting service

I bought an ottoman from Luna Home on the 7th September, on the 16th October I contacted them to find out about my order since there was no communication regarding my delivery which I expected within 30 days and was told that the due date will be the 27th October. On the 30th I sent them a message requesting for a refund since they had not delivered and shared their refund policy which stated that the time line is 30 days, they then apologised and promised to deliver at the end of November. Today is exactly the 4 December and I have received no communication from them. Please do yourselves a favour and stay away from them. Their service is pathetic and disgusting
