Absolute ****!!

I ordered a headboard on 27 September 2023. I duly paid the deposit. On 4 October 2023, I received an email stating that -

“Your order has been added to our production queue.

This means that your order has been paid for and is sitting in our queue.

Please note our lead time is 25-30 business days.

Your estimated due date is : November 16th 2023

You will receive updates on your order via email at every stage”.

On 14 November 2023, two days before my order was supposed to be delivered I received a WhatsApp message from Eusuf, who assisted in placing the order, stating that my order will only be going into production within that week (almost 2 MONTHS after placing the order) and that delivery will be complete the following week.

I didn’t hear from Eusuf again. I sent various messages inquiring about my order and I was completely ignored by Eusuf. I telephonically contacted Eusuf who said his driver would deliver my headboard during the week of the 4th of December 2023. Again, I did not hear back from Eusuf despite numerous attempts to contact him.

(Of course their email of 4 October 2023 meant nothing as they didn’t deliver on time as promised or provide me with regular updates).

I’ve asked for my deposit back and have been ignored. Eusuf was very quick to assist me initially and take my money but now can’t answer my calls or deliver my headboard. This is theft!!

This company is an absolute **** and ********** to deal with. Please do not support these **** artists, they are a bunch of ********s. I will act accordingly against these ****mers, it is imperative that they face the full force of the law!!
