Luna Bella CC - Unreliable Payer

The owner of Luna Bella CC, Toni Shupping, utilised the services of my social media marketing agency and has not paid for services rendered. She has ignored all correspondence (phone calls, WhatsApps & e-mails) informing her of the lack of payment and I have even requested that she chat to me if she is in financial difficulties, but she refuses all contact. She comes across as someone who is trustworthy and genuine but is not. I would be wary of doing business with her in the future and also request that all suppliers ask her for payment upfront before doing business with her in the future.
