Bad smell from the shower

My partner and I stayed @Luna Apartment for 3 months ,during our stay there we raised calls that there was a bad smell coming out of the showing,while taking a shower. We requested that we change rooms, however we were told to pay securement fee, we didn’t understand why the fee again as we are not at fault. We decided to move out because our cries fell on death ears
