Construction Comp creates a disaster and ignores follow ups

A letter was received from this company who is contracting for Jhb water to ask for permision to enter our property in order to replace a failed G20 pipeline. Permision was given 1st June 2021 and the letter stated that completion will be done 26 Sept 2021. Today is the 14 September 2022 and the working site is a total disgrace, its a neglected site and with each follow up all you get is empty promises and nothing gets done about this. The two People responsible for this site is Mnr. Aluwani Pandelani and Mnr. Asiashu who is the CEO of this company. Our property's palasades and precast walling was destroyed when they removed it and in this long time period while nothing is done on this site. All our tenants fear for their safety cause any stranger can now just walk freely into our building without any struggle as our safety has been taken away by this construction company and the men involved doesnt seem to care. Every time i sent these 2 men messages to follow up on the progress i either get ignored or empty promises are given
