Dress code rules

Truly unprofessional conduct and disappointing. The last time we were here, my partner was wearing clogs. On the 30th of May, we arrived and informed that it’s not allowed. The worst part was the rude and unfriendly lady in the reception area downstairs. When was this implemented? Were customers informed of this change? Lumo is a great place, but will definitely loose clients due to unprofessionalism.
