Landlords and lies.

Frank Robersts and Brigid Harding whom works for Lumkile Properties are holding me liable for repairs done at unit 146, The Kennedy, Germiston. These repairs amount up to R6,000.00 including repairs to fix cupboards which are lose, i.e. wear and tear etc. This amount almost amounts up to my monthly rent. Also, yehy have been threatening to blacklist me if I don't pay. I requested them that we should refer our dispute to the tribunal but they still threaten me. I asked them for invoices for the repairs but they don't provide me with same as the amounts are ridiculous. They also never informed me that construction would commence in February that would continue for a whole year (I moved in in November 2017 and out in November 2018). They also omitted to inform me of the security risks as there was no wall next to our flat and the unit was against the wall of the complex. Their inspection lists done on the seperate occassions of us moving in and moving out doesn't match up with the list I received in December. For ex they indicate walls are dirty when we moved in but the list dated December indicates no fault and they wanne charge me R400 to have the walls washed which they were supposed to do when I moved in. This is one of many things worth mentioning.
