Great Service from an Unbelievable Individual

I recently joined Luminis Brokers Trust for insurance after my brother referred me to their Consultant Ma'Cheries Harding and from the very first interaction with her I knew that this is the right thing to do. I felt comfortable and like an individual, she assisted me in getting my policy active and offered me a massive saving with better benefits, this was an insurance plan that I feel was tailored exactly for my needs.

I had been with numerous insurance companies and brokers in the past and my claims history was almost non existent.

During my VERY FIRST month of being with Luminis, after only 1 premium I had an incident where my very expensive Helmet and Motorcycle Gloves got taken from me when I was stranded on the side of the road. I was devastated and not sure if my NEW insurance broker would pay me out. On the night of the incident, I immediately contacted Ma'Cheries almost in tears and she calmed me down straight away and assured me that everything would be okay, she gave me instant peace of mind and again made me feel like my ordeal was all that mattered, she showed empathy to my situation and was extremely professional at handling my claim.

Almost immediately sent me my claim forms for brief completion and signing and basically "held" my hand and walked me through every step of the way with regards to feedback and constant updates on my claim. They paid me out in just a few short days after the incident and I am truly grateful for the person that Ma'Cheries Harding is and for Luminis Brokers.

It was an amazing experience dealing with her just for signing up to new insurance as we know that it is sometimes a tedious task, she made it pleasurable and very easy with the transition from one Broker to another and then when the claim arose...words cannot explain how amazing that really was, Ma'Cheries, thank YOU, thank you for the great service, thank you for the professionalism and thank you for making me feel like I matter. You are great and I wish nothing but great success for you.
