POOR SERVICE BY LUMINARA PURE

I have ordered and pay for the order on the 6th of September 2025, after several request where the product is, as it is past the 6 weeks delivering date promised, their customer support by the name Hammad keep on making excuses and he suggested that I call all courier companies and the local Post office to enquire where my package is. The add said it will be delivered to your physical address, but something tells me that this is a **** as I have read several messages on the multimedia where people that have ordered the product still some even after 6 months have not yet receive their order
