complaint for non-delivery of antiwrinkle effect by Luminara Pure / ***

I bought an express anti-wrinkle instant lifting effect from Luminara Pure on the 12th of April 2025 for an amount of R499, they promised to deliver in 6 weeks to which they did not. I wrote back to them after 6 weeks inquiring about my order, they promised that the order was delayed but I must give it six weeks back again to which I did. I wrote back to them again on the 25th of August inquiring again even telling them that I am cancelling my order since I've bought something similar, but they refuse to give me back my money but keep on saying that the order is on the way. I feel so disappointed and wish I can just receive my hard-earned money because I feel that I am being taken for a ride.
