I am extremely happy with the device and the results I am getting from the Lumilia Lux. I received very professional service from Feem and she took the time to answer all my thousands of questions. The device is premium and the packaging is beautiful. Delivery took 2 days to my doorstep and they make use of the courier guy which is wonderful.

I am surprised to see the complaints here about the money-back guarantee. My friend was not a fit for the device and she followed the money-back guarantee process. She didnt have any issues and Lumilia refunded her after providing them with her progress pictures. However, many people might want to game the system, and that’s where problems crop up.

To stave off refund abuse, you should have enough authority to decline money-back requests. I love it and highly recommend Lumilia.
