Worst company to deal with

I had purchased a wardrobe and was fitted three weeks ago however it had some issues and some items were not fitted according to the quotation. In my understanding they were going to install a wardrobe including back cover and working down-lights. When their team finished installing the wardrobe, I showed them some of the problems and others were identified by them. I called their office and they changed their story and told me that the quotation did not include backboard and installation of down-lights. I sent pictures of what was incorrectly fitted two days after the installation and they responded by sending me their terms and conditions which were never brought to my attention at the initial quote request (legally they do not apply). We had an appointment to fix these problems. They sent one guy a day before, when I already had plans for the day and I told the guy I was leaving. Two weeks passed without any communication. When I followed up I got the worst attitude to a point where I don't want these wardrobes in my house anymore and they should come uninstall them and give me my full money back. I want nothing to do with them or their product anymore.
