CHEAP SALES TACTIC FROM LU'MAR MASSAGE!

I received a sponsored massage from Karren of Lu'mar for life massage and purchased a hand held massage from her, she waited until closure time to hand me the product and only after I had called her manager/boss Margaret did she appear after hours and then promptly disappeared. Thereafter, I discovered that the USB cord which comes with the device was damaged inside the packaging and contacted Margaret the following week to bring this to her attention, Margaret assured me they would arrange to replace it and asked me to send her an email with the information which I did and received no response. I forwarded the email to her again requesting a delivery receipt and the confirmation returned that the mail had been delivered. I attempted to call her again yesterday and there was no reply, mailed her again and no reply which leads me to the conclusion that Margaret is an opportunist using cheap sales tactics to make quick cash off unsuspecting clients as she used a corporate event to peddle her shoddy(over-priced) goods, had I seen her band wondering around on the side of the road I certainly would have assumed they were selling poor products and known not to expect what was promised!
