Very poor service

Firstly I asked them is it Lula way where I am they just lough ed at me now I have been sitting here for an hour no one has attended me I have paid an amount of 65 rand first they said they are offline now no one is i havent app**** for a job attending to me and I came twice already .****ed off very bad service<br> Can this be sorted A.S.A.Please. very bad service no one cares for the costumers here
