Very unhappy customer

I app**** as a new business which has been trading for 3 months only to be declined was kept on a line for 3 days with only bank statements requested no financial reports or anything so how can they base or analyse your business statements without requesting profit and loss reports we are a cash based business as well as a card transaction business and my financials of the business show way more than what my bank shows. This is ridiculous and an absolute waste of 3 days. All suppliers are paid COD and no outstanding debtors!
