The company has become a nuisance.

We made use of them a while ago and service was good. Now, without permission they made an enquiry into my credit.

I am trying to get feedback from the company, but no response from any of the main contacts I have.

On top of that, they still have a person at the company call every week after I asked not to be contacted again.
