Suspected *****

My mother and brother app**** for a loan at this company lulalend...today when they woke up their entire salary was gone as lulalend took their money even though they did not get the loan yet...they sent a messy apologising for debiting the entire salary as it was just a test run wow...sent them a screenshot stating the money has been reversed and it will take 48 business hours to reflect on the account...that's not all at the bottom of the screenshot the date is 26 June 2022...and we in August...is this company legitimate because to me it seems like they not...I told my mom to go to the bank what loan company debits your entire salary whereas they didn't even get the loan money yet...the loan money is to reflect only the 31st August to me this is ***** ...have anyone else experienced this?
