Payments not working. No cards or payments for a whole week. Support team tampered with tickets and exposed financial data

We have been unable transact via our business account for a whole week now. This has caused financial loss for our company persons. In addition to this, their support team hasn't offered any help at all to resolve the issue and help us access our money. In addition to that I have been locked out my app in the past, has issue with support regarding our primary user and on one occassion our support tickets were mixed up with another customers exposing various financial data. I was happy to be an early adopter but now I cannot access my money!
