Extra debit

I borrowed the funding from them in March 2024 Then they were doing their debit order on a weekly basis which I found it hard for me to cope so I decided to get early settlement from them so they did send me a settlement amount which was R14 833 so I paid them R14000 plus their debit order which went off a week before my settlement amount so to my surprise I found them they debited me again with their weekly installment n I called in to ask with no clear answer until today they are saying I owe them another installment how this people are no where growing any small business they are ripping them off what kind of business is debiting on a weekly basis. This was a sign of disaster and their staff were not able to explain it to me all along
