Cannot access my lula account

Not happy with lula's "banking" service. This is the first bank that I cannot access my account, it's been a full business day since the ticket has been logged. The API is terrible, cannot login and access my account, even after changing and resetting the password. Call center cannot deliver a proper banking service other than "your request has been updated". It seems like they don't have a solid banking platform. Would just be better to deal with Access Bank direct. SO DISAPPOINTING.
