unauthoriszed debt

i have notice debits going off my accounts for the past 6 months of R99 and when i enquired about it i was told by my bank that it was been debited by Luksha Trading and i was then given their contact numbers of which both seem to be not working *** 031 000..... ive put a stop order on these guys but still they persist the following month by debiting on my account without any contractual agreement.<br> <br>
