Lukhanji B&B Queenstown - Stay Away!

WE booked for a week, but teh place was so dirty that vacated teh following day. The locks on the door were falling off and so were the tiles on the walls. The bathroopm was so filthy with black mold covering the ceiling. We sent photo's to the Manager and the Owner who agreed to refund us, that was 06 September 2023, we sent banking details the works but nothiong has been refunded nd they are avoiding our calls and emails now.
