Worst Dr I’ve ever come across

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic patient care at this practice. I received sensitive and distressing medical results via email with no explanation, no consultation, and no values attached. I was issued prescriptions without any discussion of diagnoses, risks, or treatment rationale, which is unacceptable and *********. When I went to the practice in person seeking clarification and my results, I was dismissed entirely and told by the receptionist to “go to Lancet” to fetch my own results. There was no attempt by the doctor to speak to me, explain my health findings, or offer support. This experience showed a complete lack of empathy, confidentiality, and people skills. Patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment, especially when dealing with serious and personal health matters. I will be continuing my care elsewhere and would not recommend this practice to anyone who values professionalism and patient-centered care.
