No feedback or confirmation of receipt of email

On this day last week I sent an email to Dr Lukhaimane’s email address, thinking that I would be responded to within a few days. Perhaps former clients aren’t important as current clients? The query was based on the laporoscopic surgery I had in March & also why I have not received feedback from the radiologists post-surgery (which I believe they are in contact with as they are situated only blocks from each other).
