LUK CLUTCH KIT MANUFACTURERS ARE SHARKS!

I am sad to report my irriration abd disgust with Luk Motor spares. I purchased a brand new Luk Clutch kit for my BMW. This clutch kit cost me R5500.00. My car along with the clutch kit was taken to a registered auto repair shop to be put into my car.

I got a call from the mechanic saying the pressure plate was faulty, phoned the shop where the clutch kit was purchased from and was told that we need to send back to Luk for pressure testing

Wasted my time, collected the parts from the nechanic, took it to the spare shop. Completed the form for Luk and had the auto shop sign it to. Luk kindly reported back that they will not repair nor replace the pressure plate due to incorrect instsllation.

So i now officially sit with a brand new clutch kit that I CANNOT use and R5500 out of pocket.

Now i am expected to pay yet another R5500 for another clutch kit.

I reported the matter back to the Auto shop repairing my BMW and he said he has heard the same excuse every single time he had an issue with a faulty LUK Clutch.

I AM APPALLED BY LUK AFTER SERVICE...YOU GUYS ARE SHARKS! i will never purchase your products again.
