Please help

Good morning, I have bought a vehicle on the 15th Nov 2019 for R549,000.00 and the vehicle had few minor defects, on sat 8/2/2020 the vehicle failed starring rack which resulted in the vehicle being involved in a small accident with minor body damage. The dealership is refusing to fix the vehicle on their expense saying they do not cover mechanical defects on the vehicle, ***
