Bad poor service and poor customer service
I ordered family combo and the order took more that 50 minutes and customers that ordered after me got their orders before me because they are Indians and i am Pedi, when i raised my concerns, the waitress said the supervisor must come “deal” with me , as if i am some ***** or something and when i said she must not think i am scared. She said i should go to KFC . The supervisor stood there and just said sorry.

HUNGRY, AND NO SUPPORT.
Had an issue with my Uber order gone wrong. Thier store sent an incoreect parcel claiming that was my order according to the driver. I called the store number, hoping to resolve the matter, that I thought as a loyal supportive customer, who spends approx R2000 per month at the store, would be able to assist. They said call Uber to get a refund.... I was so wrong, hungry and empty spend as we cant have dinner due to thier error on my R600 order. Now wait for refund, hungry. Please be careful, as this was not my first issue when ordering from this store.....somethings not right. Lost a customer due to poor customer service, deriliction to resolve. #Sorry but its too much now.
