Summary: Super happy from the online order to customer services.

Details: I have ordered a big luggage (Americ** Tourist**) on Sunday 13th May. Free Shipping when you create a new account on the website. Easy to order and to pay... 3 days later (Wednesday 15th May), I didn't get any update about the order whether it was shipped or not but on the website it was in Completed status. So I sent an email to Chris Warncke who rep**** quickly and involved the internet team to give me an update. I have read bad reviews about luggage warehouse but I would say that for my case, they are really active. They even called me to confirm that the delivery has been done this morning at my work place. I checked at the reception and they confirmed that it was delivered.

I opened the box and I confirm that the luggage is as described so no bad surprise.

Thank you for luggage warehouse team for the good work and business. Of course, I am recommending you to my colleagues or anyone who are looking for luggages.

PS: just to improve the experience, they should send an email once the order is shipped or on its way with a tracking reference if possible.
