Its very rare these days that you have an experience in a store that leaves you surprised but surprised in a good way... I had the privilege of being assisted by a gentleman named Bradley on Friday 30th October in the Luggage Warehouse Access Park branch. Bradley (and all the other staff to) was absolutely amazing, its refreshing to walk into a store and feel like they actually want your business. He was extremely knowledgable on the stock in the store and particularly the Osprey Bag I was looking at, more than happy to help me with anything. I would 10/10 recommend this company and if you visit this branch, asking for Bradley to assist you. I will strictly only buy my travel items from this store/brand.
