Total lack of Customer Service

It is utterly frustrating trying to get any customer service from Lufthansa. They do not have a contact centre and the only was you can communicate with Customers Service is via email. The process is arduous and not user friendly at all. It is not transparent and highly unsatisfactory. My simple request as to what compensation I am entitled to for cancelled or delayed flight has never been answered despite many many attempts to resolve the situation.
